Jay Bjorn is the owner and general manager and has lived in the Seattle area for 14 years. He has extensive training and experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and on-site cleaning of fabric window coverings. The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC) is a non-profit certification body that sets and promotes high standards in the industry. Jay has attended IICRC professional certification courses in carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, upholstery cleaning,and spot removal.
He has also been trained in carpet and upholstery cleaning at the Von Schrader Company factory in Racine, Wisconsin; and at the On-site Corporation headquarters in Coer d' Alene, Idaho where he became a certified tech in the cleaning of fabric window coverings including the Hunter Douglas collection.
